More info
The View Room is a spacious double room with stunning views overlooking the Blue Mountains.
French doors open wide to give you a true indoor-outdoor living experience and uninterrupted mountain views right from your bed.
Bright, airy, and peaceful, this room also comes with its own private garden — ideal for relaxing with a book, a cup of coffee, or just soaking up the serene surroundings.
The space
Our most popular room — and for good reason. Lose yourself in the breathtaking views through the French doors, stretching out over the valleys of the Blue Mountains and beyond.
Wake up to sunrise from the comfort of your bed, and wind down in the evening as the sky shifts colours at sunset — then watch the moon rise over the mountaintop from your own private terrace.
This spacious double room includes tea-making facilities and a private garden, just for you — a perfect spot to unwind, read, or simply take in the quiet beauty around you.
Our guesthouse is self-catering, so you're free to cook your own meals whenever it suits you. To get you started, we include a complimentary breakfast on your first morning — our little way of saying welcome.
You're also welcome to use the shared kitchen, which is fully equipped with the basics for cooking and storing food. Not in the mood to cook? No problem — we've partnered with a fantastic local chef who can deliver homemade Jamaican dinners straight to the guesthouse. Menus and ordering info will be available when you arrive.
We're always nearby if you need anything — local tips, help finding your way, or just a good chat.
If you're driving or up for a hike, there are some great local restaurants and cafes nearby that are perfect for lunch.
Please note: there are no televisions in our rooms. We focus on natural living and creating an experience that helps you truly disconnect, recharge, and remember what peace feels like.

Other things to note
Getting here
We're located just off the B1 route heading toward New Castle.
We can arrange a pick-up service which we strongly recommend, as road conditions have worsened due to the recent storms. You can reach out to us for more information. We can be flexible with arrival times when using our pick-up service, and you can arrange this with us in advance.
If you do wish to make your own way here, please be aware that the mountain roads are narrow in places. Some parts of the road are only accessible with a 4x4, and local taxis will likely not be able to make it right to the property if they are not familiar with the roads. These are truly mountain roads for the adventurous! Airport taxis and Uber taxis are not recommended. Please aim to arrive by 6pm, as the roads are challenging after dark.
Please do reach out for any support regarding your travel arrangements beforehand.
Evenings can get quite cool, so we recommend bringing a warm sweater and a rain jacket (rain mac).
Payment
Cash is preferred for tours and meals ordered from the local chef, but card is accepted.
